• Function of Load Washer: The load washer is an engineering plastic washer located inside the hinge pin, designed to bear the vertical weight of the door panel.
  When the door panel is mounted on the hinge, the washer evenly distributes the pressure, reducing direct metal friction and wear on the pin or hinge body.
• No Gap Design: The B-208 series features precise alignment between the pin and washer, ensuring almost zero clearance for long-term stability and smooth operation.
• Prevents Door Sagging or Tilting: The load washer acts as both a pivot and a cushion, focusing the load on a wear-resistant surface. This minimizes abrasion while maintaining the door panel's alignment and level with the frame.
