• Function of the Load-bearing Washer:
  The load-bearing washer is an engineering plastic insert located inside the hinge pin, designed to support the vertical weight of the door panel.
  When the door is mounted, the washer evenly distributes the load to reduce direct metal friction and wear on the pin or hinge body.
• Zero Gap: The B-208 series features precise alignment between the pin and washer, minimizing gaps to ensure stable hinge positioning over long-term use.
• Prevents Door Panel Tilting or Sagging: The load-bearing washer acts as both a pivot and a cushion, concentrating the weight on a durable contact surface—reducing wear and maintaining level alignment between the door and frame.
