• Function of the Load-bearing Washer:
  The load-bearing washer is an engineering plastic spacer located inside the hinge pin, designed to support the vertical weight of the door panel.
  When the door is mounted, the washer evenly distributes the load, reducing metal-to-metal friction and preventing wear on the pin or hinge body.
• Zero Gap Design:
  Thanks to precise alignment between the pin and washer, the B-208 series features virtually no gaps, ensuring stable positioning even after long-term use.
• Prevents Door Tilt or Sagging:
  The load-bearing washer acts as both a pivot and a cushion, concentrating weight on a durable bearing surface, minimizing wear and maintaining the door's alignment with the frame.
