Concealed Internal Mount Hinge

A concealed hinge installed inside the enclosure or cabinet door. The hinge is not visible from the outside, providing a clean, hidden, and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Material Options

  • Base Thickness: Available in 2 mm or 3 mm

Product Features

1. Modular shipping design: the spring, pin, and mounting plate are packaged separately, allowing for staged assembly.

  • Step 1: Weld the mounting plate onto the door panel
  • Step 2: Send the door panel together for powder coating
  • Step 3: After coating, secure the pin using the spring
  • Step 4: Fix the spring into the pin groove using the large and small spring holes

  • No traditional C-clip required: fast and easy installation
  • Perfect solution for coating issues: only the mounting plate requires coating; the spring and pin are assembled afterward, completely preventing paint buildup or seizing
  • Improved production efficiency: the coating process is not affected by moving hinge components
