Concealed Internal Hinge

A concealed hinge installed inside the enclosure or cabinet door. The hinge is not visible from the outside, achieving a clean and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

This concealed hinge features a quick-release function. By using a wrench to turn the slotted knob on the door mounting plate a quarter turn (1/4 turn), the door mounting plate separates from the main body. The door panel can then be pulled out directly from the front, making maintenance and replacement fast and convenient.

Structure & Installation Features

  • Rotation angle: up to 120°, suitable for general door opening requirements
  • Door mounting plate: fixed by spot welding (four welded studs, approx. 1.2 mm in height) to ensure secure installation
  • Welded stud function: four welded studs are used for spot welding to the door panel, ensuring structural stability
  • Frame side: secured with M6 countersunk screws for simple and robust installation

Material Options

  • Stainless steel SUS304 (BS-2409-304, thickness 2 mm)
  • Galvanized steel (B-2409-01, thickness 2 mm)

Installation Method

  • Door panel side: Fixed by spot welding (4 weld points)
  • Frame side: Secured with M6 screws
  • Quick-release design: Slotted knob with 1/4-turn rotation
